GY6-51 Boiler Centrifugal Fan Application:
GY6-51 boiler centrifugal fan is suitable for the air supply and induction system of 2~670t/h steam boilers in thermal power plants , and also meets the requirements of high pressure head performance parameters of fluidized bed furnaces. It is suitable for 2~670t/h steam boilers in thermal power plants. h The air supply and induction system of the steam boiler also meets the requirements of the performance parameters of the high pressure head of the fluidized bed furnace. This series of fans can also be used for dust, mine ventilation and general ventilation systems.
GY6-51 boiler centrifugal fan requirements:
The blower transports air, and the induced draft fan transports flue gas or gas containing impurity particles. When the impurity concentration is less than 200mg/m³, it can be used for more than 4 years. It can also be used if it contains large impurities, but the service life will be shortened. The maximum operating temperature of the draft fan shall not exceed 250 ℃ .
GY6-51 type boiler centrifugal fan form :
Blower fans and induced draft fans are usually made of single suction. Machine number №8D～29.5D has 20 machine numbers each, totally 40 specifications. Each fan can be made into left-handed or right-handed two types. Viewed from one end of the motor, if the impeller rotates clockwise, it is called a right-handed fan, which is represented by "right", otherwise, it is called a left-handed fan, which is represented by "left". The air outlet position of the fan is expressed by the outlet angle of the casing. The transmission mode of the fan is D type, that is: cantilever structure, and the connection between the motor and the fan is directly driven by an elastic coupling.
